Saga Legal, a prominent law firm, has announced its annual leadership promotions, elevating three of its lawyers to new roles. Antra Ahuja and Shilpa Chaudhury have been promoted to Associate Partners, while Veera Mathai has been appointed as Counsel. Antra Ahuja, a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in Corporate, TMT & Data Privacy, has played a crucial role in leading mandates and complex commercial negotiations. She advises clients ranging from startups to multinational organizations, bringing a solution-oriented approach to her work.
Shilpa Chaudhury, with significant expertise in Intellectual Property Rights, has a diverse portfolio of clients spanning sectors such as digital marketing, FMCG, healthcare, technology, and D2C. Her expertise encompasses IP consultation, registration, prosecution, management, and enforcement both in India and internationally.
Veera Mathai, a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, specializes in Commercial Litigation & IBC. She provides legal advice and representation to clients in sectors including FMCG, real estate, and financial services. Veera regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLAT, NCLT, DRT, and DRAT, demonstrating her extensive litigation experience.
