The project offers 73% open space, a 45,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, heated and infinity pools, yoga and sauna rooms, mini-theatre, spa, gym, business centre, indoor games, cycle and jogging tracks, a cricket pitch, pet-friendly parks, putt-putt golf, an amphitheatre, and a Miyawaki-style dense forest trail.
