Eligible applicants must be Saudi citizens, either married or aged 25 and above, have no previous real estate ownership, and have resided in Riyadh continuously for the last three years.
Applicants must register on the official Tawazoun platform at tawazoun.rcrc.gov.sa. The application window is open until the end of day, Thursday, October 23, 2025. No intermediaries or third parties are authorized to represent the platform.
Citizens who are allocated land must develop it within 10 years. Sale, transfer, or mortgaging of the land is prohibited for the 10-year period, except for mortgaging to finance the construction of a residential unit. If the plot remains undeveloped after 10 years, the RCRC will reclaim the land and reimburse the original purchase amount.
Applicants can contact the RCRC’s dedicated call center at 19998 for any queries regarding the platform, eligibility, or application process. It is advised to rely only on official communication channels.
The maximum fixed price for the affordable housing plots is SAR 1,500 per square meter.
