The new project, 'VANAHA Verdant', will feature approximately 600 apartments spread across 5 acres. It will offer about 10 lakhs square feet of saleable area, making it a substantial addition to the local real estate market. While the company has not disclosed the project cost, the development is part of its flagship 1,000-acre integrated township, VANAHA, located near Bavdhan, Pune.
