The Dahlias is located in DLF Phase-5, Gurugram, near DLF's already established luxury venture, The Camellias, on Golf Course Road.
Shikhar Dhawan paid Rs 69 crore for the apartment, including a stamp duty of Rs 3.28 crore.
The per square foot rate of the apartment on the carpet area is Rs 1,14,068.61, while on the super area, the rate is Rs 1,08,631.
The apartment was registered in the first week of February 2025.
The Dahlias offers around 420 super-luxury residences across 29 levels and eight towers.
