Sanjay Raut threatened to resort to violence for the sake of the Marathi language and dared Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to take action against them.
Raut accused the BJP of not contributing to the formation of Maharashtra and questioned if Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis would follow in the footsteps of Morarji Desai, who ordered firing on Marathi agitators.
Raut alleged that once Fadnavis’s term as chief minister ends, he would demand a separate state of Vidarbha and advised Fadnavis to keep in mind that he lives in the Maharashtra of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
Uddhav Thackeray will be touring Delhi from August 6-8 and will attend the INDIA bloc meeting on August 7, as invited by Rahul Gandhi.
Raut accused the BJP’s ‘urban naxals’ of inciting riots in Yavat in Pune district through their inflammatory speeches and questioned why the Special Public Security Act was not being used against the accused.
