Shreya Ghoshal Acquires Luxurious Rs 20.88 Crore Mumbai Apartment: Property Details Inside

Singer Shreya Ghoshal, renowned for her melodious renditions in films like Devdas, Jab We Met, and Bajirao Mastani, has added another luxurious property to her portfolio. According to recent media reports, the National Award-winning singer has splurged Rs 20.88 crore on a massive apartment in Mumbai’s Santacruz area. Scroll below for the details.

As per documents accessed by CRE Matrix, Shreya Ghoshal, along with Sarmistha Ghoshal and Bishwajit Ghoshal, has purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Santacruz West. The property is located in the Vaayu building on Sarojini Road. The apartment, situated on a higher floor, spans 2,601 square feet and includes a 299 square foot balcony. It also comes with three parking spaces.

The total usable space of the home is approximately 2,900 square feet. The deal was registered on April 24, 2026, with a stamp duty payment of Rs 1.25 crore. According to the portal, “The project is a redevelopment of the erstwhile Sukhada building. It is being constructed as a modern residential project in one of Mumbai’s well-established suburban neighbourhoods.”

This is Shreya’s third real estate purchase in the last three months. Earlier, the singer had bought two luxury apartments in Worli, which cost her around Rs 60 crore. These apartments are located in Godrej Trilogy, a project being developed by Godrej Properties.

Shreya Ghoshal’s real estate investments reflect her growing prominence and financial success in the Indian music industry. Her latest purchase in Santacruz West is a testament to her continued rise and her preference for high-end living spaces in Mumbai’s prime locations.
