The new luxury housing project by Shriram Properties in Koyambedu will cover 3.2 lakh square feet of saleable area.
The project is expected to be completed within three years and is set to launch in the early part of FY26.
The project has a revenue potential of ₹350-400 crore.
Koyambedu is considered a high-demand residential micro-market due to its excellent connectivity, including a metro station, railway station, and other basic infrastructure facilities.
