By GeoSquare News Desk · Published 2026-10-12

Mumbai-based developer Siddha Group has set an ambitious target of achieving a turnover of ₹1,894 crore by the financial year 2029-30. The company also plans to get its real estate business listed on the stock exchanges by March 2028, as part of a broader restructuring exercise.

Restructuring and Listing Plan

The group is undertaking a restructuring exercise under which it proposes to merge or demerge its private real estate business into an existing listed entity. This move is expected to provide the company with better access to capital markets and enhance transparency for investors.

Growth Strategy

To achieve the targeted turnover, Siddha Group will focus on launching new residential and commercial projects across Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and other key micro-markets. The company is also expected to accelerate delivery of its ongoing projects to boost revenue recognition.

With a strong pipeline of projects and a clear roadmap for growth, the group is positioning itself for a significant expansion in the coming years. The listing is likely to offer an exit opportunity to existing investors and bring in new institutional capital.
