The construction contract for Titanium SPR, awarded by Signature Global to Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited, is valued at Rs 1203 crore.
Titanium SPR has a total of 608 units, ranging from 3.5 BHK to 4.5 BHK.
The first phase of Titanium SPR, comprising 2.1 million square feet, was launched in June 2024.
Some unique features of Titanium SPR include 26-feet and 28-feet-long decks, a triple-height entrance lobby, seven lagoon pools, and 40-story high-rise towers offering breathtaking cityscape views. The project also includes a sky garden on the 30th floor and a sky terrace on the 40th floor.
The Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) is widely viewed as one of the most promising locations in the National Capital Region. Sector 71 in Gurugram, where Titanium SPR is located, holds prime land parcels with a developable potential of 17 million square feet, making it a prime location for high-end real estate developments.
