Real Estate Pune:Signature Global, a renowned real estate developer in India, has announced the awarding of a significant construction contract for its premium residential project, Titanium SPR, located in Sector 71, Gurugram. The contract, valued at Rs 1203 crore, has been entrusted to Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited, a well-established construction company.
Spanning 14.382 acres, Titanium SPR is a luxurious development that includes 608 units, ranging from 3.5 BHK to 4.5 BHK. The project is being developed in two phases, with the first phase, comprising 2.1 million square feet, having been launched in June 2024. The project has seen an overwhelming response from buyers, achieving pre-sales worth over Rs 2700 crore.
