Spread over 8 acres within a larger 22-acre integrated plan, Cloverdale marks a significant milestone in the company’s expansion strategy. The apartments are priced between ₹4 crore and ₹7 crore, targeting the luxury segment of the housing market. The company aims to complete the project by 2031, aligning with its long-term growth plans.
Signature Global has been on a growth trajectory, posting record pre-sales of ₹10,290 crore in the last fiscal year. The company is now eyeing ₹12,500 crore in pre-sales for the fiscal year 2026. To support this ambitious target, the company is ramping up its investments in land and construction. This fiscal year, around ₹4,000 crore will be deployed, including up to ₹1,500 crore for new land acquisitions and ₹2,500 crore for ongoing project execution.
This investment follows last year’s ₹1,070 crore investment in acquiring 48 acres in Gurugram, solidifying the company’s presence in the region. Additionally, Signature Global announced a plan to raise ₹875 crore via non-convertible debentures. The funds will be used to refinance existing debt and support expansion initiatives.
