Signature Global Launches Rs 4,800 Crore Luxury Housing Project in Gurugram
New Delhi: Signature Global, a prominent realty firm, is making a significant move in the luxury housing sector with a massive investment of Rs 4,800 crore. The project, named 'Sarvam at DXP Estate', is located on the Dwarka Expressway, Sector 37D in Gurugram and spans over 13.56 acres. This new venture is part of the company's broader strategy to expand its business and meet the growing demand for high-quality residential properties.
The project will feature 1,798 apartments, with the first phase offering 50% of the total units for sale. The price range for these units is set between Rs 3 to 4 crore per unit. Signature Global founder and Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal revealed that the total investment in the development of this project is estimated at around Rs 4,800 crore. The company plans to finance the project primarily through internal accruals, including advances from customers.
Construction on the project is expected to commence shortly, with completion targeted for 2032. Aggarwal emphasized the company's commitment to sustainability and wellness, stating that the project will be Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Platinum certified. To enhance the living experience, Signature Global has partnered with several wellness and lifestyle brands, including the Michael Phelps Swimming Academy.
The launch of 'Sarvam at DXP Estate' is anticipated to play a crucial role in helping Signature Global achieve its annual sales bookings target of Rs 12,500 crore. The company, which is based in Gurugram, reported sales worth Rs 10,290 crore during the last fiscal year. However, in the April-September period of 2025-26, sales bookings saw a 21% decline to Rs 4,650 crore from Rs 5,900 crore in the previous year. Despite this, the company remains confident in achieving its pre-sales target.
To support its expansion plans, Signature Global recently raised Rs 875 crore through the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a lending arm of the World Bank. The funds will be used for the development of mid-income housing projects and to repay high-cost debt. The company has a track record of delivering high-quality projects, having completed 16 million square feet of space across various developments.
Signature Global's new project in Gurugram is a testament to the company's commitment to innovation and sustainability in the real estate sector. With a strong focus on luxury and wellness, the project is poised to set new standards in the market and attract a discerning clientele.
