FM360 is an AI-powered Facility Management (FM) Consulting Service launched by SILA. It helps developers enhance design and operational efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization in real estate projects.
FM360 leverages AI and operational data from SILA’s nationwide portfolio to provide design improvement strategies, Grade A+ benchmarking, vendor recommendations, and comprehensive MEPF audits.
The six core areas of FM360 include Design & Operational Review, MEPF Systems Audit, Amenities Benchmarking, 15-Year Common Area Maintenance Model, Smart Systems & Sustainability, and Handover Toolkit.
The Handover Toolkit is a structured set of manuals, drawings, and standard operating procedures designed to streamline the transition from construction to occupancy. It ensures efficient management from day one and helps the asset age well over time.
FM360 is available to developers, investors, and asset owners nationwide. It is offered as a specialized consulting engagement, distinct from SILA’s ongoing facility management services.
