Smartworks Leases 8.15 Lakh Sqft Office Space in Mumbai from Hiranandani Group
Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd has announced a significant expansion with the leasing of 8.15 lakh sqft of office space in Mumbai. The space, located in Vikhroli, is part of a project developed by Regalia Office Parks Pvt Ltd, the commercial office division of the Hiranandani Group. This lease marks a major milestone for Smartworks, as it sets out to establish the world's largest managed workspace campus.
The new facility, set to be operational in the last quarter of 2026, will significantly bolster Smartworks' presence in the managed workspace segment. Smartworks currently operates six large office campuses across India, each exceeding 5 lakh square feet. This latest addition will further solidify the company's position as a leading provider of fully serviced office spaces.
