Kammari Shiva, the son of the deceased, has been identified as the prime accused and key conspirator in his father's murder.
The motive behind the murder is believed to be a property dispute, with Shiva allegedly upset over his father transferring properties worth Rs. 16 crore to his third wife, Pavani.
The police arrested Shiva, Shivanand, Ganesh, and the juvenile at Kali Mandir in Bandlaguda Gagir based on a complaint lodged by Pavani, Krishna's third wife.
Shiva allegedly offered a supari of Rs. 25 lakh to Shivanand, his father's bodyguard, to eliminate his father.
