Sri Lotus Developers Reports 80% Increase in Q2 Net Profit, Launches Two New Projects
Sri Lotus Developers & Realty, a prominent luxury and ultra-luxury real estate developer in Mumbai, has reported a robust financial performance for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026, marked by significant growth in profit and pre-sales.
The company's consolidated net profit for Q2 FY26 surged by 80% to ₹461.50 crore, up from ₹256.00 crore in the same period last year. This impressive growth was driven by a substantial increase in revenue, which rose to ₹1,761.10 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to ₹1,227.40 crore in Q2 FY25, representing a 43.5% year-on-year growth.

Sri Lotus Developers reported impressive pre-sales of ₹257.00 crore in Q2 FY26, marking a substantial 125.4% increase from ₹114.00 crore in Q2 FY25. This growth underscores the strong demand for the company's luxury and ultra-luxury offerings in the Mumbai real estate market.
The quarter was marked by two significant project launches: 1. The Arcadian (Juhu): Received bookings of ₹92.00 crore within the first week of launch. 2. Amalfi (Versova): Garnered bookings of ₹38.00 crore in its initial week.
These successful launches contributed to the company's strong pre-sales performance and demonstrate the market's positive response to Sri Lotus Developers' projects.
Sri Lotus Developers has announced plans to launch four new projects in the second half of FY26: 1. Project Varun (Bandra) 2. Lotus Aquaria (Prabhadevi) 3. Lotus Celestial (Versova) 4. Lotus Trident (Andheri West)
With these upcoming launches and a robust project pipeline, the company has reiterated its annual guidance of ₹1,100-1,300 crore in pre-sales, 75-85% year-on-year growth in revenue, and 30-35% year-on-year growth in PAT for FY26.
