Sumadhura Group is targeting a revenue of Rs 4000 crore from its projects in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
The three projects are Sumadhura Epitome in North Bengaluru, Sumadhura Capitol Residences in East Bengaluru, and Sumadhura Palais Royale in Hyderabad.
Sumadhura Epitome is located in Rachenahalli, North Bengaluru, right behind Manyata Tech Park.
Sumadhura Palais Royale has a total saleable area of 2.6 million sq. ft.
The projects are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027.
