Sunteck Realty's ultra-luxury projects in Mumbai and Dubai are targeting an estimated revenue of ₹20,000 crore.
The new real estate lifestyle brand created by Sunteck Realty is called ‘Emaance’, derived from a fusion of the words Immense and Indulgence.
The two ultra-luxury projects are being launched in Dubai Downtown, near the Burj Khalifa community, and at Nepeansea Road in Mumbai.
Both ultra-luxury projects are targeted for launch in June 2026.
Each apartment will be priced at no less than ₹100 crore, with some units going as high as ₹500 crore.
