Sunteck Realty's new brand for ultra-luxury housing is 'Emaance', derived from the fusion of two words: Immense and Indulgence.
The two new ultra-luxury projects are located at Nepeansea Road, Mumbai, and Dubai Downtown, near the Burj Khalifa Community.
Each apartment in these projects will cost not less than Rs 100 crore, with some potentially reaching up to Rs 500 crore.
The gross development value of these two proposed projects is expected to be around Rs 20,000 crore.
Sunteck Realty reported a 47 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 33.43 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal, although total income fell to Rs 201.53 crore.
