Emaance is a new ultra-luxury brand launched by Sunteck Realty, designed to redefine luxury living for the global elite.
The first Emaance projects will be located on Nepeansea Road in South Mumbai, and in the Burj Khalifa community, Downtown Dubai.
Emaance residences in Mumbai will be priced from ₹2.5 lakh per square foot, making them among the most expensive homes in the country.
Emaance will offer ultra-personalised experiences, including private aviation, luxury yachts, bespoke events, and concierge services tailored to individual tastes.
The gross development value (GDV) of the Emaance projects is approximately ₹20,000 crore.
