Sunteck Realty Q4 Results: Profit Soars to ₹101 Crore
Real Estate:Real estate player Sunteck Realty Ltd has reported a net profit of ₹101.3 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2024. This is a significant turnaround from the net loss of ₹27.9 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

The company's revenue from operations increased a massive 773.01% to ₹426.9 crore, compared to ₹48.9 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal. At the operating level, EBITDA stood at ₹153.4 crore in the fourth quarter of this fiscal, a significant improvement from the ₹9.1 crore loss in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. The EBITDA margin stood at 35.9% in the reporting quarter.

Sunteck Realty has reported the highest-ever pre-sales in a financial year of ₹1,915 crore. The board has recommended a final dividend of 150% of ₹1.50 per equity share of the face value of ₹1 each to the shareholders for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The dividend shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Additionally, the board has approved an enabling Resolution for raising funds in one or more tranches either by way of QIP, FPO, ADR, GDR, rights issue, debt issue, preferential issue, FCCB, etc. or any other method for an aggregate not exceeding ₹2,250 crore. Specifically, the company plans to raise up to ₹1,500 crore through non-convertible debt via private placement in one or more tranches. Additionally, the company aims to raise up to ₹750 crore by issuing equity shares and/or other securities convertible into equity shares, also in one or more tranches.

Shares of Sunteck Realty Ltd ended at ₹474.45, down by ₹6.80, or 1.41% on the BSE.
