Real Estate News:New Delhi, May 28 (PTI) Suraj Estate Developers, a prominent real estate firm, has reported a 5% decline in its consolidated net profit, which stood at Rs 18.28 crore for the March quarter of 2025. This is a decrease from the Rs 19.29 crore profit recorded in the same period last year.

Total income for the quarter, however, saw a substantial rise, increasing to Rs 137.16 crore from Rs 103.03 crore in the year-ago period. According to a regulatory filing on Tuesday, the company has managed to grow its revenue despite the decline in net profit.

Looking at the full fiscal year 2024-2025, Suraj Estate Developers' net profit increased to Rs 100.15 crore from Rs 67.49 crore in the previous year. Total income for the year grew to Rs 553.17 crore from Rs 415.70 crore, reflecting a robust financial performance over the year.

Since its incorporation, Suraj Estate Developers has completed 42 projects with a developed area of more than 10.47 lakh square feet, primarily in the South-Central Mumbai region. The company's portfolio includes a diverse range of residential and commercial developments that cater to various market segments.

Currently, Suraj Estate Developers has 13 ongoing projects with a developable area of 20.34 lakh square feet and a saleable RERA carpet area of 6.1 lakh square feet. Additionally, the company has 19 upcoming projects with an estimated carpet area of 10.2 lakh square feet, further solidifying its presence in the real estate market.

Despite the recent decline in Q4 profit, Suraj Estate Developers remains committed to its growth strategy. The company's strong financial performance and extensive project portfolio position it well to navigate the challenges and opportunities in the real estate sector.
