Table Space Expands in Maharashtra with 4.25 Lakh Sq Ft Workspace for GCCs
Table Space, an enterprise managed office solutions provider, has announced a significant expansion of its portfolio in Maharashtra. The company has added approximately 4.25 lakh square feet of premium Grade A managed workspace across Pune and Navi Mumbai. This strategic move reinforces Table Space’s position as the preferred partner for global capability centres (GCCs) and Fortune 500 companies seeking to de-risk their real estate portfolios through the flexible managed workspace model.
Table Space has leased 3.76 lakh square feet of space across key locations in Pune, including Wakad, Yerwada, and Koregaon Park. Additionally, the company has entered Navi Mumbai by leasing approximately 50,000 square feet of space at Mindspace Airoli East, a prominent area within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). This expansion brings Table Space’s total Maharashtra footprint to an impressive 2.6 million square feet.
The company noted that this strategic move is a response to the evolving needs of global enterprises. By moving away from capital expenditure-heavy traditional leases, companies can leverage Table Space to deploy high-performance hubs in record time. Kunal Mehra, president and co-chief executive officer of Table Space, emphasized the significance of this expansion: “Our expansion in Maharashtra is a response to a fundamental structural shift in how global companies view their workplace. Enterprises are increasingly prioritising 'speed-to-market' and ESG compliance. By integrating legal, information technology (IT), and institutional-grade infrastructure into a single platform, we are enabling global brands to scale with unprecedented agility.”
Table Space’s managed workspace model provides enterprises with a high-quality, cost-efficient alternative to core Mumbai markets. This move not only benefits from infrastructure synergy but also enhances talent accessibility. The company’s expansion aligns with the growing trend in the Indian office market, which recorded its highest-ever quarterly leasing volume at 29.9 million square feet in the first quarter of 2026 (Q1 2026) across the eight leading cities, according to Knight Frank India.
Leasing activity remained firmly concentrated in Grade A assets, which accounted for 93 per cent of total transactions. The GCCs continued their dominance as the largest end-user group, leasing 14.4 million square feet of office space in Q1 2026. Average office rent in Navi Mumbai is around ₹70 per square foot, while rent in Pune is approximately ₹81 per square foot as of Q1 2026.
This expansion by Table Space is a testament to the company’s commitment to providing innovative and flexible solutions that meet the evolving needs of global enterprises. By offering a seamless, high-performance workspace, Table Space is well-positioned to support the growth and success of its clients in the dynamic business landscape of Maharashtra.
