The dispute was over the closing of a gate at a property in south Delhi’s Fatehpur Beri.
The victim was Santlal, a 37-year-old gardener and caretaker of the property.
The accused is Piyush Yadav, a 19-year-old local real estate agent.
The incident took place near the Shamshan Ghat in Dera village, south Delhi.
The police rushed to the scene, found the victim shot, and later arrested the accused, who confessed to the crime.
