Eatala Rajender is a BJP Member of Parliament representing the Malkajgiri constituency in Telangana. He is also a former state Minister.
Eatala Rajender allegedly slapped a real estate broker in Pocharam village, accusing him of encroaching on land belonging to the poor.
Rajender filed a petition in the Telangana High Court to quash the FIR registered against him for the alleged assault on the real estate broker.
The FIR was registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), read with section 189(2), and read with section 191(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act.
Rajender claims that some officials have colluded with real estate brokers to encroach on the lands of the poor and has demanded action against these officials.
