Telangana: Man Murdered Real-Estate Broker, Body Chopped and Dumped
Real Estate:Hyderabad: Three individuals, including a woman, were arrested in Khammam district of Telangana for the brutal murder and dismemberment of a 40-year-old man, police said on Thursday. The prime accused allegedly executed the crime after watching instructional videos on an online platform.

The incident took place in an area under the jurisdiction of Kamepally police station on September 16. The victim, a native of Kamepally village and a resident of Hyderabad, worked as a real-estate broker. His brother reported him missing on September 22, leading to the registration of a missing person case.

As the investigation progressed, police uncovered the crime and arrested the 36-year-old prime accused and his two accomplices. They were remanded to judicial custody, a police official confirmed.

The motive behind the murder was financial gain. The prime accused, who had completed his Masters in Pharmacy, was heavily in debt and wanted to travel to Oman. He decided to kill the real-estate broker to meet his expenses by stealing gold ornaments and cash from him, police said.

The accused met the victim at a library in Khammam and they developed a homosexual relationship. The victim frequently provided the accused with money for expenses. Seeing the victim's apparent wealth, the accused hatched a plan with his accomplices to steal from him.

The prime accused watched videos on an online platform to learn how to carry out the crime. On September 16, while the victim was sleeping in his room, the accused cut his throat with a knife, stabbed him multiple times, and dismembered his body. He then wrapped the body parts in a blanket, transported them on a motorcycle, and disposed of them in the garbage. The accused also cleaned the blood stains from the room to cover his tracks.

Police seized the motorcycle, stolen gold chain, and the knives used in the crime. The body parts were also recovered. The arrest of the suspects and the recovery of evidence have brought closure to this gruesome case.
