The Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016, is a law introduced to promote transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the real estate sector. It mandates the registration of real estate projects and the establishment of regulatory authorities to oversee compliance.

TG RERA directed respondents to upload details of pending litigation on its web page, notify all allottees of the pendency of litigation, apply interim orders to all complaints, and complete pending works on schedule.
