Tesla will pay a total rent of ₹24.38 crore over five years for the warehouse space in Kurla.
The warehouse space is located at Lodha Logistics Park in Mumbai’s Kurla area.
The starting monthly rent for the warehouse space is over ₹37.53 lakh for the first year.
The lease agreement includes 20 parking spots.
In March 2025, Tesla leased 4,000 sq ft of showroom space in BKC for ₹23.38 crore for five years, and in April 2025, it secured 30 seats in a managed office space near BKC with a monthly rent of ₹3 lakh.
