TGRERA Chairman N Satyanarayana issued the interim orders on July 2, 2025, stating, “Initiate all necessary steps for the immediate constitution and registration of such an Association and file a detailed status report indicating timelines for compliance.” The project, 'Urban Life,' is located at Survey Nos. 326(P), 327, 328, and 329, Shankarpally village in Rangareddy district.
The complainants, who were allotted Villa No. 47 under an agreement of sale on May 16, 2020, had filed a memo with TGRERA stating that no association of allottees had been formed as of the date of the complaint. According to the regulations, the realtor is required to enable the formation of an Association or Society of allottees within three months from the date on which the majority of allottees booked their units in the project.
