CSK is alleged to have encroached on the land of the Nizam era's Rukn-Ud-Dowla lake at Shastripuram and sold it to hundreds of buyers, cheating them out of crores.
CSK allegedly made over `400 crore from the scam.
Dr Lubna Sarwath, an activist-politician, lodged a complaint against CSK with HYDRAA commissioner A.V. Ranganath.
CSK is named in seven cases involving cheating, forgery, and threatening cases.
