According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the transaction was registered in September 2025. This sale marks a significant 31% profit for the actor, who originally purchased the property in 2018 for Rs 11.62 crore.
The apartment, located on the 22nd floor of Rustomjee Paramount, boasts a total carpet area of 1,989.72 sq.ft. (approximately 184.85 sq.m.) and a built-up area of 2,189 sq. ft. (approximately 203.34 sq.m.). The deal includes three car parking slots and involves a stamp duty of Rs 93.60 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000. The buyer of the apartment is Sandeep Saraf, a resident of the same building.
