Real Estate News:In a devastating turn of events, two fatal accidents occurred on Wednesday in Bengaluru, resulting in the loss of two lives. A 48-year-old real estate agent, identified as Aslam, was killed when a speeding truck knocked him down on NICE road in Kengeri. Aslam, a resident of Madiwala, was riding his bike when the truck, moving towards Tumakuru from Hosur, lost control and hit him. Unfortunately, Aslam lost his balance and came under the moving wheels, resulting in his tragic death.

In another incident, a 26-year-old private firm employee, Sridhar, was killed after a BMTC bus knocked him down in Makali on Nelamangala. Sridhar was on his way to work when the accident occurred. The Nelamangala traffic police arrested the bus driver and seized the vehicle for further investigation.

The Kengeri traffic police also arrested the truck driver involved in the first accident and seized the vehicle. The investigations are ongoing to determine the exact causes of the accidents.
