Tragedy Strikes Nerul: One Real Estate Agent Found Dead, Another Missing
Real Estate:In a shocking turn of events, the Raigad police discovered the lifeless body of one of the two missing Nerul real estate agents, Sumit Jain, in Gagode village, Pen taluka, on Friday. The spot where the body was found is approximately 2 kilometers away from the site where Sheena Bora's alleged remains were discovered in 2015.

The two agents, Jain and Amir Khanjada, had left Nerul on Wednesday night to attend a meeting in Raigad. However, their car was found abandoned near the Mumbai-Pune Expressway with bloodstains, signs of gunshots, and two bullets. The family members of the two agents had lodged missing person complaints with Nerul police after they failed to return and their mobile phones were switched off. The Navi Mumbai police and various units of Raigad police were deployed for the search operation and are now focusing on finding Khanjada.

The abandoned car was found in a suspicious condition near Sahara Helipad Road, around 100 feet off the Mumbai-bound carriageway of the Expressway on Thursday. Khopoli police initiated an inquiry after receiving information about the car.

The police team found Jain's body about 15 kilometers away from the spot where the car was abandoned. Two bullets were recovered from the car. A dog squad, forensic team, and other investigators are probing the murder case from different angles. However, the police are yet to determine the motive behind the crime.

The Raigad police are working tirelessly to find Khanjada and unravel the mystery surrounding the tragic incident.
