Tragically, Anna's health continued to deteriorate, and she passed away on July 6, 2024. What's even more shocking is that no one from EY attended her funeral, and the company officials did not even bother to reach out to her family.

EY has since issued a statement expressing its condolences and stating that it will continue to find ways to improve and provide a healthy workplace. However, the company's response has been met with skepticism by many, who feel that it is too little, too late.
