The new project will feature a 69-storey tower with residential units from the 9th floor to the 66th, offering 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments with views of Mahalaxmi Race Course and the Arabian Sea.
The total permissible built-up area for the project stands at 40,277.05 sq m or 4,33,538.55 sq ft on a plot that is 70,029.03 sq ft.
Local brokers estimate that the luxury apartments could fetch over ₹1 lakh per sq ft due to their prime location and views.
