Trident Realty expects to generate ₹1,200 crore in revenue from the sale of 199 residential plots in Panchkula.
The residential plots in the Central Vista project range in size from 300 sq. yd to 680 sq. yd and are priced from ₹1.30 lakh per square yard.
The Central Vista project will include a 1.25-acre central park, reflexology pathway, yoga pavilion, open-air amphitheatre, jogging tracks, outdoor gym, dedicated children’s play zones, basketball court, and a pickleball court.
