NEW DELHI, July 15: TRU Realty, a leading real estate developer, is targeting Rs 275 crore in revenue by 2030 from its premium residential project in Kondhwa, Pune. The project, TRU Meadows, spans 2.75 acres and is set to be a significant addition to the city's housing market.

Last month, the company announced the development of TRU Meadows with an investment of Rs 150 crore. The project will consist of four towers with a total of 360 apartments, catering to the middle-class and upper-middle-class consumer base. Home prices start at Rs 65 lakh, offering competitive pricing for those looking to secure a home in Pune's emerging pockets.
