The two real estate dealers arrested in Khammam were Riyaz and another individual involved in the local real estate business.
The accused were charged under IPC Section 120 (B) for criminal conspiracy, read with Section 34 for common intention, and Section 25 (1) A of the Firearms Act for the illegal possession of firearms.
During the operation, three firearms were seized, including a pistol and two revolvers.
The police managed to arrest the accused after a series of raids and surveillance operations, following complaints from local residents about the duo's coercive tactics and threats.
