Old Goa Police have registered a case against two residents of Milroc Temple Tower, Merces, for forgery and cheating involving a fraudulent housing society share certificate.

The accused are charged with forgery and cheating. They allegedly prepared and issued a fraudulent housing society share certificate to late Nirmala Dessai.
The complaint was filed by Rajendra Kamat, a resident of the Milroc Temple Tower Co-operative Housing Society.
The case has been registered under Sections 336(1), 336(2), and 336(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
The investigation is being led by PSI Edwin Dias of Old Goa Police Station.
