The purpose of the 19th Real Estate Agent Training Session is to enhance the professionalism and accountability of real estate agents, ensuring they are well-versed in relevant laws and ethical practices.
The training session was inaugurated by Sanjay Bhoosreddy, Chairman of UP RERA, who highlighted the importance of accountability and transparency in the real estate sector.
Real estate agents must pass the examination at the end of the training session. Successful candidates will receive certificates and can apply online for registration as real estate agents through the RERA portal.
Real estate agents are advised to closely monitor projects, provide accurate information from the RERA portal, and regularly review the Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) of the project.
Nodal officers nominated by RERA are available to address the concerns of real estate agents promptly via email, providing support and guidance throughout the training session.
