The allotment ratio for the demerger is 1:1, meaning the shareholding pattern of the demerged entity will mirror that of Valor Estate Ltd.
Currently, Valor Estate operates two hotels with a total of 563 keys. They aim to expand to five hotels with a combined total of 2,954 keys in the coming months.
After the demerger, the hotel entity will have its own corporate identity, capital structure, board, management, and branding.
