Real Estate:Valor Estate Limited (formerly D B Realty Limited) has announced its Q1 FY26 results, marking its highest-ever performance. The company reported a revenue of Rs 840 crore, primarily driven by the 'Ten BKC' project, which contributed Rs 836.36 crore after receiving a partial Occupancy Certificate (OC). An additional Rs 800 crore from the same project is expected to be recognized once the final OC is issued.

The real estate segment recorded strong growth, with revenue rising 123x from Rs 6.79 crore in Q1 FY25 to Rs 840 crore in Q1 FY26. EBITDA increased eightfold, from Rs 5 crore to Rs 45 crore during the same period. Additionally, the company received a project advance of Rs 700 crore for its Malad East (PAP) project.

As part of its restructuring, Valor Estate is demerging its hospitality business into a new entity, Advent Hotels International Ltd. (Advent). The demerger received NCLT approval on June 18, 2025, and 5.39 crore equity shares have been allotted to Valor Estate shareholders. Advent’s shares are expected to be listed on NSE and BSE in early September 2025.

Advent’s hospitality portfolio includes The Hilton in Mumbai (171 keys) and Grand Hyatt in Goa (313 keys), with an additional 113 keys planned for expansion. The company is also in a joint venture with Prestige Group for a 778-key hotel project in Aerocity, Delhi, expected to be completed in 2026/27. In Q1 FY26, the hospitality business reported revenue of Rs 80.43 crore and an EBITDA of Rs 25.10 crore. Occupancy stood at 92 per cent for Hilton Mumbai and 81 per cent for Grand Hyatt Goa.

Recent quarterly results show a net profit of Rs 12.51 crore and revenue of Rs 840.33 crore. The stock has a 52-week high of Rs 252.67 and a low of Rs 115.11, reflecting significant volatility that may interest investors tracking potential multibagger opportunities in Mid-Cap real estate plays.
