Vishnu Chandran Joins IC RegFin Legal to Lead New Bengaluru Office
Vishnu Chandran has joined IC RegFin Legal as a Partner to lead the firm's upcoming new Bengaluru office in Indira Nagar. Chandran is a 2011 alumnus of the National University of Juridical Sciences and brings over 15 years of experience in advising private equity and venture capital funds, founders, and corporates on investments, exits, and M&A transactions. He has extensive expertise across the investment lifecycle, from early-stage venture financings to large-cap private equity deals, including buyouts and structured exits.
Prior to joining IC RegFin Legal, Chandran was associated with Lexygen for the past decade and a half, where he began his career in 2011. His significant experience and strong industry network make him a valuable addition to the firm.
