Frederico Mendoca of Cluttons Portugal reveals in the report that villa prices can soar up to €32 million, making it one of the most expensive listings in the country. New developments, such as the Foster + Partners-designed Atoll residences launching in 2028, showcase the high-end market’s growing sophistication.

Cascais isn’t just about impressive properties; it offers a wealth of amenities, from six golf courses and equestrian clubs to a marina and top-tier restaurants. Its cultural richness includes a Museum Quarter and extensive parks, while convenient transport links allow a quick 30-minute train ride to Lisbon.
