The two properties available for land investment through Zepto are Vrindavan in Uttar Pradesh and Neral in Maharashtra.
Users can simply type “land” in the search bar on Zepto, reach HoABL’s page, browse available options, initiate an enquiry, and connect with an expert over video.
The Vrindavan property starts at ₹1.39 crore for a 140 sq. metre plot, while the Neral project starts at ₹39.99 lakh for 116 sq. metres.
Within 10 minutes, users can connect with a HoABL expert for a live video consultation on the properties.
HoABL chose to partner with Zepto because it offers access to a much wider and more diverse audience, not just real estate veterans, allowing HoABL to build a larger leads database to convert into buyers.
