Deepinder Goyal paid ₹52.3 crore for the ultra-luxury apartment in DLF’s The Camellias, Gurugram.
The conveyance deed for the apartment was registered on March 17, 2025.
The apartment spans 10,813 sq ft and includes five parking spaces.
In February 2024, Goyal purchased a plot in Delhi’s Mehrauli area for ₹50 crore.
A similar-sized apartment in DLF’s The Camellias would now cost over ₹140 crore.
