According to the police, the accused fired around 36 bullets at their targets as the victims' car approached Gurdwara Sri Akalgarh Sahib in Ferozepur. The attack resulted in the death of Jaspreet Kaur (22) on the spot, while her cousin Dildeep Singh (32) and an acquaintance, Akashdeep Singh, died later in the hospital.
