The newly purchased property spans across 1,027 square foot carpet area and comes with a transfer deed that was finalized on June 25. The actor paid a stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 towards this transaction.
Aamir Khan's extended family already resides in Bella Vista Apartments and Marina Apartments, both of which are slated for redevelopment. Atmosphere Realty, a joint venture between Wadhwa Group, MICL, and Chandak, will be undertaking the redevelopment project. The old buildings will be demolished, and construction of the new project is expected to start by the end of this year. As per media reports, all homeowners will receive around 55-60% of extra area once the redevelopment is complete.
