According to property registration documents, the actor finalized the deal on June 25, incurring a stamp duty of ₹58.5 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000. The property is a ready-to-move-in apartment, situated in one of Mumbai's most prestigious and sought-after residential areas.
Aamir Khan already owns several properties in Bella Vista Apartments as well as Marina Apartments in Pali Hills. Interestingly, both buildings are slated for redevelopment. In addition to his new pad, the actor also owns a massive sea-facing 5,000-sq home in Bandra, spread across two floors. The interiors of the sprawling apartment are minimalist, with a huge open area perfect for hosting parties and get-togethers.
In 2013, Aamir Khan purchased a farmhouse worth ₹7 crore in Panchgani, which spreads across 2 acres. The actor has also invested heavily in commercial properties, reportedly owning 22 houses in Shahabad, Hardoi district, in Uttar Pradesh.
