Global consultancy Accenture has leased and renewed around 5.84 lakh sq ft of office space across Mindspace REIT's business parks in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The transaction includes 3.08 lakh sq ft of fresh leasing and expansion, with the balance coming from renewals of existing occupancies.

Airoli strengthens position as GCC hub

The long-term lease is aimed at supporting Accenture's global capability centre (GCC) operations in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Airoli's proximity to the Eastern Express Highway, upcoming multi-modal corridors, and established commercial ecosystem continue to make it a preferred destination for technology and consulting firms.

Demand for Grade A office space remains steady

This deal reflects sustained occupier interest in institutional-grade commercial assets in Mumbai's satellite nodes. For investors, it reinforces the appeal of REIT-managed parks with strong tenant retention and steady rental cash flows.
